[BlueOnyx:19288] Extracting MySQL Dump

May I ask what is the best way to separate the databases from the SQL Dump
file generated in the RaqBackup program. I made the mistake once of running
a command line restore for one database and it replaced the whole lot on
that server. Would prefer to be able to extract them away from a live
server.
