unfortunately this option seems not to be right or not working for some time.
What you can tell customers is to changedir to ../../../web after login or to setup their FTP program to use ../../../web/ as the destination folder.
There  would be also an option for ptoftpd to do this but I do now know yet which option this is.

Hi all

Up until recently, a site admin logging into FTP would go straight to the root /web folder. A little while ago this seemed to change and now goes to the /user/web folder. Is there a way to go back to the root as I am forever telling people they have uploaded to the wrong folder.
