This is weird.

I’d go through dovecot logs, usually /var/log/maillog on a BO system, if not, ‘doveadm log find’ will tell you were the logs are.

The problem is Roundcube <-> IMAP connection, so reading mail using POP3 is no indication.

Dudi

I hadn't actually tried to read e-mail from the command-line Dudi, since the problem was just logging into Roundcube.

But I just turned off forwarding for that test account, and tested it. I send a message to that account address, and was able to log in from the command-line and read the message. So everything appears to be working with the system, except Roundcube.

Yes, I'd already checked port 143 for IMAP. Port 993 is not open since I did not enable SSL-IMAP.

Thanks again for the suggestions Dudi.

Chuck

I was able to confirm the database for that site's Roundcube did exist, and was even able to see the entries in the "users" table in that database. Ok, that's not it. Then I read that someone had the same problem happen repeatedly. He advised he would fix it each time by uninstalling the Roundcube application from a website, and then reinstalling it. So I tried that - uninstalled the Roundcube application in the "Web" and "Web-applications" menu.

Each time I click the install button, a page comes up describing Roundcube and where it will be installed, along with a warning about choosing your directory carefully. BUT! There is no install button on that page, just a CANCEL button. So I can't reinstall the web application to this website.
