[BlueOnyx:20195] Unable to remove php.ini files

How do I get rid of these folders the sites are gone in just old php.ini 
files
I get this when trying to delete

rm: cannot remove '/home/.sites/70/site4/php.ini': Operation not permitted

80K     /home/.sites/143
80K     /home/.sites/48
88K     /home/.sites/70
