[BlueOnyx:20667] AV-SPAM 6.3.0 released

Hi all,

As some of you already have noticed:

The AV-SPAM has been updated to v6.3.0 and is now available on NewLinQ.

This new version now features a SpamAssassin rule editor. Under "Server
Management" / "Network Services" / "Email" you find the button
"SpamAssassin Rule Editor", which allows to add / edit / delete your own
SpamAssassin rules.

All rules defined there are global and apply to all emails that pass
through SpamAssassin.

If you want to allow your end-users to add, edit or delete further rules
that only apply to them (in addition to any existing global rules), then
you can tick the checkbox "Allow User-Rules" in the AV-SPAM settings in
the "SPAM" tab.

Individual user-rules can be managed either via "Personal Profile" /
"Email" of the logged in end-user, or siteAdmins and higher can do that
for users under their control in "User Management" by clicking on a user
and going to the "SPAM" tab of this user.
