That is indeed a problem. I suspect your BlueOnyx is a 5209R and you're
using the incorrect WHMCS module for it. In the WHMCS GUI under
"Product/Services" you should see two entries related to BlueOnyx:

- BlueOnyx5200R   (for 5207R and 5208R only!)
- BlueOnyx5209R   (for 5209R only)

For a BlueOnyx 5209R you need to pick the "BlueOnyx5209R" entry.
