Having a senior moment ☹

I have bought and installed PHP 5.6 from Solarspeed.

Shows in installed software but is not available on the dropdown for the vsite (running suPHP).
I seem to remember I need to toggle it somewhere else to make it available but I cannot remember where!
Looked in Server Management/Network Services/Web but nothing.

Where am I going wrong?
