[BlueOnyx:21192] Let's Encrypt and Open Basedir

Hi guys,

This might be just for Michael. But I didn't really see any other place 
to post this "bug".

Whenever my Virtual Site is updated with a new Let's Encrypt 
certificate, my PHP Open Basedir (Vsite) settings seems to be forgotten.

If I then login to the Administration interface and simply go to 
Services -> PHP -> Save - everything works again.

Just wanted to give a heads up.
