a customer have a 5209 and complained that he do not the the usage for each site in Server Management -> Usage Information -> Disk

Here is what he sees:




Full Host Name

Disk Usage

Allowed Disk Space

Percentage Used

If he is checking insite the site;: Site Management -> Site -> usage Information -> Disk the information is vieable



Site1


Disk Space Used 22.47GB
Disk Space Free 22.53GB
Percentage Used 50% (22.47GB) of 45.00GB used.



Also in Active Monitor -> Disk Usage -> Sites he always see 0 for sites.

Where is the problem and how to fix it?
