This is indeed a bit odd. However, there seems to be no single point of
failure and the problem might have several causes.

Milter-GeoIP: If Milter-GeoIP is running, it permanently logs the number
of incoming/outgoing emails into SQL. The Active Monitor component of it
only enforces the limits and performs warnings.

The rest of the information you mentioned is aggregated by "swatch" and
stored into CODB. Swatch is run by Crond every 15 minutes. It could be
that the service Crond isn't running on your box. Please check it this way:

]# systemctl status crond
● crond.service - Command Scheduler
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/crond.service; enabled;
vendor preset: enabled)
Active: active (running) since Mi 2017-07-19 06:06:47 -05; 1 months
20 days ago
 Main PID: 964 (crond)
   CGroup: /system.slice/crond.service
           └─964 /usr/sbin/crond -n

That's how it looks on a 5209R if it's running. If it's not running,
execute "systemctl restart crond". You can also run swatch manually by
executing "/usr/sbin/swatch". However, it may not update some of the
information that you reported as missing until the next daily logrotate.

If that doesn't fix the problem, please file a support request via the
5209R GUI (under "Software Updates" / "Support") and be sure to tick the
checkbox to allow access.
