Yeah, I have a new 5209R up now and ready, gonna try migrating tonight. 
My plan is to shutdown active monitor and any mail services then CME 
export and transfer to new server. Shutdown 5106R server and assign same 
IPs to new 5209R, then do CMU import. Sound like the right way?
