So for sure I am not able to connect to the public IP addresses of the 
server from the command prompt using telnet to port 110 or 143. I can 
only connect using localhost, however, from a remote computer I can 
connect to the IP address now problem. Also, Active Monitor is 
complaining of Network Status - The network interface eth0 is down.The 
network interface eth0:0 is down. But all seems fine except this issue.
