They have claimed fifteen ways to Sunday that they are not blocking 
anything. I have my doubts...

Back when I was smarter it seems I used tcpdump to watch traffic on 
ports. Would that be a thing to do here?

That does work! Does that mean we have to change 40+ user's email 
configuration?
