Ok, so the overall state is not getting reset. Not sure why.

Let's try this: Go to "Active Monitor" / "Settings" and disabled
monitoring of all components but Apache. Save the changes. Click the
button to run Swatch or run it manually. See if that changes the overall
state back to green.

If it does, then enable monitoring of all services that you want to
monitor again.
