[BlueOnyx:22208] restart APF

this was presumably already discussed, but I can't find the HowTo...

Active Monitor tells that «The APF Firewall is not running and could not be restarted. Please restart APF manually and check for error messages.»

If I try to uncheck « Enable APF [√] » in the GUI for restarting, it says twice in red: «The GUI was unable to edit the file /etc/apf/allow_hosts.rules.»

How can I restart APF from the command line?
