Hi Michael
Request sent, I notice that even when I login it says the connection is OK now but I have no packages linked... on another 5208 it works fine and shows my username in the status check,
On the one I sent the support request from it doesn't show my NewLinQ username but says that my connection is working OK...

Running /etc/cron.daily/newlinq_cron.pl didnt' solve the problem (nor
the other steps)
I still get "" License verification error: NewLinQ could not establish
that you have a valid license to use this product. Please contact
BlueOnyx support."
You may have a problem with the serialNumber of the server. Please file
a Support request via the GUI and make sure to tick the checkbox "Allow
Access" and I'll fix it for you.
