[BlueOnyx:22160] Nginx SSL Proxy

I remember seeing something about .htaccess files and using Nginx SSL Proxy
but I cannot find anything in the page about it at

Is there anything I need to know before turning on this feature for a
server. I want to make sure not to break any sites.
