[BlueOnyx:22751] spamd min, max child

Have a server that is getting the following almost constantly:

Where in the BO system are the settings for spamd children ???
See references online to /etc/sysconfig/spamd, and /etc/default/spamassassin
but neither exist on my 5209R.
