[BlueOnyx:22752] Purchases made in BlueOnyx Shop not showing up in my server for install

I made some purchases in the shop and there not showing up for update or
install. Emails are bouncing back from with user unknown
(store at shop.blueonyx.it) when sending messages for help, also put in a
trouble ticket with no reply.
