Sure. Find out what site number (group) that is. Like "site1" for
example. Then run this script with the group name of the Vsite as parameter:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/vsite_destroy.pl site1

That should delete Vsite "site1" even if the GUI won't let you. If it
doesn't, then please tell me what appeared in /var/log/messages while
that command ran.
