I ran that command as root, but it did not delete the vsite. Two lines 
appeared in messages:
Nov 16 20:14:40 centos8 cced(smd)[16621]: client [0:16608] has admin rights
Nov 16 20:14:40 centos8 cced(smd)[16621]: client 0:[0:16608]: AUTHKEY to 
user "" failed

If I go to th GUI and try to get a userlist of that vsite, a php error 
is popping up:
A PHP Error was encountered
