yum install base-podman-capstone.noarch

That will install Podman and the GUI for it.

However: I just checked the release notes for it (as I wasn't certain 
anymore) and the GUI for it may be a bit rough around the edges. While 
adapting the Docker GUI to work with Podman back then I ran into a few 
issues where the promised "drop in compatibility" wasn't exactly there.

So please don't bet the farm on it, but give it a try and see if it 
works for you.
