While addoing or modifying a user on a 5209

What would be the fix? Reinstall a base-shell ?

That's an interesting one. I can't think of a scenario where this value
would be empty if CCEd has been restarted since the YUM update.

But either way: I just published YUM updates for 5209R (base-shell-*) which
now make sure that this value won't be left empty on page submit.
