Make sure you have all updates installed:

yum clean all
yum update

The error is either because one final fix is missing (I published this 
on Monday), or CCEd hasn't been restarted:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/cced.init restart

That should fix it. If not, then please let us know and I'd be happy to 
take a look.
