[BlueOnyx:26574] Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "ZipArchive"

I have a client that is using the BLUEONYX PHP 8.2 on their site

 

They are trying to run phpshpreadsheet and they are getting the error on the
server

 

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "ZipArchive" not found in
/home/.sites/site2/wwwroot/web/reports/vendor/phpoffice/phpspreadsheet/src/P
hpSpreadsheet/Shared/File.php

 

Any I idea why it's saying that it isn't installed?
