What version of BlueOnyx and which exact version of PHP is that?

The PHP-8.2 for 5211R for example does have "zip" support. See the 
phpinfo() here https://5211r1.smd.net/test.php for example.

It's possible that you're using an older PHP-8.2 PKG where it wasn't 
included yet due to compat errors.
