That's indeed odd. That should at least say which group name it tried, 
but that variable seems to be empty.

Try to completely bring down CCEd and then restart it:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/cced.init stop
killall -9 pperld
/usr/sausalito/sbin/cced.init restart

Then try again to create the Vsite. If that still fails? Then I might 
need to take a look. File a "Support Request" via the GUI and tick the 
checkbox "Allow Access".
