Hi Michael,

Getting internal error when trying to add an instance:

2024/08/07 21:06:11 ERROR incus_arpseed: Failed to get instances: 500 Can't connect to 127.0.0.1:8443 (Connection refused) 
2024/08/07 21:06:11 INFO incus_arpseed: Retrieved 0 instances from Incus

Also get the internal server error with all the other options - profiles, network etc.
