Looks like the PKG Post-Install script didn't run.

Please check if you have this file:

/usr/sausalito/license/aventurine.pem

If you don't have it? Then see if running this script fixes it:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/incus_trust_add.sh

But it may be best to uninstall/reinstall the PKG as some other 
post-install tasks didn't complete either. Or send me the login details 
and I'll fix it real quick.
