[BlueOnyx:27163] cannot change quota of an user

hello

If I want to change the quota of a user in the GUI at 
:81/user/userMod?group=site9&name=do > Maximum Allowed Disk Space, 
nothing happens, the new quota value isn't considered.

Also, the Sites Disk Usage information at 
:81/disk/serverDiskUsage?serverDiskUsage=1#tabs-2 lists all sites with 
zero values and the AllUsers Disk Usage information at 
:81/disk/serverDiskUsage?serverDiskUsage=1#tabs-3 shows no entries.

Isn't this an issue of the central database? I cannot remember its name, 
nor how to restart it... Restarting the server didn't help.
