[BlueOnyx:27407] File Transfer Limitation?

hello. i wonder if someone experience similer
situation and could kindly share your solutions.

i just set up 5211 and created a v-site.
i uploaded 1 folder containing more than 400 files.
new 5211 machine only accept 10-15 files at once.
after uploaded 10-15 files, the new 5211 disconnected.

after a short period of time, i can upload about 10 files again.

so there might be restriction rules for file transfer,
but i can't find such functions on control pannel.
