Ah-ha, that may be a fairly good start to indicating your solution.  
It's telling you that the ownership of the file and the suPHP owner are 
mismatched.

I suggest going to Site Management for the impacted site, then under 
Services, choose Web Ownership.   Select "nobody" and then Save, but 
when that's done then select the actual user you want to own the web 
files and click Save again.

You might get away with only selecting the user, but I've found that 
sometimes it's necessary to do that little dance of first selecting 
something you don't necessarily want in order to wake things up before 
selecting what you do want.
