The updated Kernel RPMs just hit the main CentOS mirror. It may take a few 
hours until all the mirrors have managed to catch up. The one your Yum tried 
to connect to (mirror.sanctuaryhost.com) apparently didn't have it yet.

You could try a "yum clean all" and "yum update" again and maybe it'll connect 
to a different host then. Or wait a bit and then try again.
