I think you are speaking of the NuOnce "Applications Installer" or 
"Nuonce Web Applications" where you purchased the installer, and then 
for a price of $2-5 (IIRC) you also purchased individual software 
packages.   Then you would be able to use the GUI to install those apps 
on any of the sites, or a site admin could also do this.

I'm not sure if the BQ PKGs will install on the BlueOnyx platform in 
this case.   It might be worth a test.

Personally, I think that would be a great thing to bring to BlueOnyx. 
We rolled it out "unannounced" to our hosting customers and sure enough, 
they found it pretty quickly.  Next thing you know, we had customers 
using forums and galleries etc!
