[BlueOnyx:00203] site cpu %

on the old bluequartz I ran a script that pushed the cpu to near 100%.  Same script on a new box and it will never go past 24.X.

Here is a shot of TOP.   What is the difference of the Cpu(s) at 24.5 and below it shows apache at 98?

is there some site limitation on the amount of cpu it can use?
