I do have 4 core's in the unit, and one of them is at 100%.  It does jump around alot, with some at 20-30 and another core at 50 or whatever.  Only one site on the box, and only one script running.

Its also interesting that the core that runs high, changes every few seconds as well.   

Still getting timing out errors that I didn't see before.  I would get an error back to the browser saying I hit the timeout or something, now I just get a blank web screen.

BTW, I have modified the php.ini file for this virt site, agains the advice in the text file......   Still get timeouts.

I am also wondering if I am hitting the limit of the hard drive buss, which is not hard to do.  

Need to get a better raid zero running on an pcix slot or something like that.
