I'm catching up to some of the posts.  But you can try the following:

Drupal -- drupal.org
WordPress -- wordpress.org (or the MU version for multi-user)
MovableType -- movabletype.org

Some of the above might be known for blogs, but don't let that fool you, there are plugins that will allow you to do what you want, etc.
