Greg,

When I configure my BX as per the webpage, I get the error "Software Updates was unable to retrieve a list of packages from the Software Updates 
server located at bluelinq.gknsonline.com. Please check to make sure that bluelinq.gknsonline.com is a valid Software Updates server and that you can 
query it from your web browser. "

Any idea why?  I can browse to the web page, and get the expected "Unsupported protocol" page...
