Hi Michael;

The fix  looks same as 
http://bluequartz.org/ml/archive/coba-e/15300/15357.html ,
which  I pointed on [BlueOnyx:03007].

However at this time,
the "SetEnv TZ :/etc/localtime"  did  not solve this problem at least in my 
environment.

Does it solve this problem in your sites ?
