You might want to check the following settings to make sure that is not 
causing your problem:

Check your hostname (Server Management/System Settings/TCP-IP) and your 
IP-Adress.

Make sure the IP resolves exactly to the hostname (reverse lookup) and 
that the hostname resolves exactly to the ip (forward lookup). Then and 
most importantly, make sure you do not have a site that has the same 
name as your host is name
-> So if for example your hostname is blueonyx.here.net then you should 
not have a site by that name. This was causing this very same behaviour 
for me. Removing the site solved the problem for all other sites.
