If I'm not mistaken, there is no native export feature.  In that case 
you may need the Import/Export plugin for Squirrelmail 
(http://squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=29).

Once installed you should be able to open the Address Book in 
Squirrelmail, then look to the bottom and find "Export CSV File".
