[BlueOnyx:03926] sendmail not sending

I am currently having a issue with my sendmail. I don't know why it's not
sending any messages. I compared the sendmail.mc with another server that
does work and they both look the same.  How can I began to troubleshoot this
issue? thanks for the help.
