[BlueOnyx:03940] Memory Limit

I have three server that I have rebuilt at least three times. Each 
server has a total of 16Gb of memory. When I install a new Bx the system 
is only showing 4Gb, is there a limit of memory on the Bx server?

Or have I missed a step somewhere?
