[BlueOnyx:05363] suphp problem wordpress

hello guys

im setting up a wordpress website for my self  and im getting a  
problem with the suphp

changed web owner to my self       uid is too small

then to another account      uid is to small

then i created another 2 accounts that were just for the uid  
problem     again still the same error message

the webpage is

http://www.freezecomputers.co.uk/wp-login.php

for some reason the main  www.freezecomputers.co.uk is showing blank  
and the theme settings can not pick anything up even if i'v placed a  
theme inside the website

is it a config error      if the suphp is active the login page dosent  
work     de activate it and it works
