[BlueOnyx:07161] Virtusertable good but still email says user unknown

Today users on one of my servers are not getting their email.  All the
messages coming in are saying user unknown but the user in fact does exist
and I can find them in the virtusertable.  Any ideas on how to force a
repair of the virtusertable database?
