We are seeing some odd errors on a user and aren't sure whats going on.

The user is on vacation and set her vacation reply. Now whenever anyone 
sends mail to her they get this error (error has been generalized):

"|/usr/local/sbin/vacation.pl 
/home/.sites/143/site2/.users/58/[username]/.vacation_msg [username]"
    (reason: 17)
    (expanded from: <[email at domain.com]>)

File exists
554 5.3.0 unknown mailer error 17



So far it seems to be isolated to this particular user.
