I installed proftpdadmin
http://sourceforge.net/projects/proftpd-admin/

one problem so far, the tables.sql used default gid uid that gave some
problems. was '' changed to 0 then loaded into mysl OK.

Now, I wonder how a siteadmin can find uid and gid for his added users.
