Of course I did  ftp on in the GUI/
I did  /etc/init.d/xinetd restart.

But "netstat -tupan | grep xinetd" was no hit.
I can access only by SFTP, not FTP.

I  did to re-build the BO again.  But same situation.
What happen at  BO on my time zone ?
