I continued to have the same thing happen and after one too many times I
decided to bite the bullet and move on so I grabbed another DL360 G4 I have
( double the memory but that means nothing here ) and used the latest iso to
install BO again then followed exactly the same build documentation ( I have
a very specific purpose for these machines that requires a consistent setup
) and the new machine ran without issue.

So when I was happy with the replacement I blew away the original machine
and did exactly the same thing - same build document and it has continued to
run 100% for the last few days ( the previous build would last 8 hours
before a crash ) so I have no idea of what the problem was but as long as
the machine continues to run without an issue now I am happy.
