What kernel are you running?

I rolled back to 2.6.18-164.15.1.el5PAE over a week ago with no lockups
since. My system hanging started coming ever night after I went to the
2.6.18-238 series. You may also have luck with the 2.6.18-194 family, but
don't try anything older than 2.6.18-164.1.1, as that probably will not work
on CentOS 5.6. The bug report at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=615543 continues to be updated,
so keep an eye on it, or better yet, sign up and add your own comments. The
more people report the problem, the better the chance of getting it fixed at
RH.
